The Cape Cod Baseball Umpires Association honored George Gaspa with the Association’s Longevity Award at Sunday’s annual banquet of 2015. Gaspa is a founding member of the CCBUA since prior to splitting off from the southeastern association 1958. He is credited with 60 years of active membership.
Gaspa was presented with a personalized bat from Barnstable Bat Company to memorialize his years of service.
